I represent folks injured by the negligence of others. Typically those injuries stem from automobile accidents but my practice also includes claims relating to slip and falls, tractor-trailer accidents, unfair insurance practices and defective products. As a “country” attorney, I also work on real estate transactions, estates, and general litigation.

I was born and raised in Summersville, Kentucky, and graduated from Green County High School in 1993. I then studied and worked at Berea College where I graduated in 1997. And finally, in 2001, I received my degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. As soon as I could get home, my “shingle” went up at 103 West Court Street and I've been practicing ever since.

The way I practice law is a reflection of my life—what you see is what you get. There is no compromise of my beliefs to fit the situation. I’m just a farmer’s son with a law degree. If you want an attorney you can trust that will work hard to provide the best possible results, this is where you need to be.
